S225 - Strategic Accounts Manager, Midwest US
BS Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent technical degree required; International manufacturer of avionic and medical systems used in enhancing aircraft performance and in developing new approaches to healthcare by providing better post-hospital treatment needs individual to combine the traditional engineering disciplines of application analysis, product design and development with the sales responsibilities of market identification, supervision of manufacturing representatives for the electronic defense systems and military agencies. Position reports to the Manager of Sales/Marketing Aerospace Products. Travel required between 30%-50%. Base salary up to $85K plus commission.

S226 - Product Manager, Western US
BS Technical degree with 3 to 5 years experience. Company designs and manufactures components and assemblies for semiconductor capital equipment and for telecommunications, electronics, automotive, medical and other industrial applications. Candidate should have knowledge/training of complex products such as electronic components and substrates.  Position will be responsible for the marketing and sales of ceramic products including strategic planning and execution of plans. Salary up to $65K plus bonus.

S227 - Product Manager, Northeast US

BS Electrical Engineering degree with 3+ years experience selling to the telecommunications industry.  Candidate should have design knowledge or application of thick film electronic and RF component knowledge.  Position will be responsible for product line and help create market strategies.  Travel is approximately 40%.  Salary up to $75 plus bonus.

S228 - Operations Manager, Mid-Atlantic US

Engineering degree preferred with 10+ years experience. Working knowledge of electronic component assembly manufacturing preferred.  Position will be responsible for managing the entire range of manufacturing operations for Ceramic Components Group, including production control, grinding, assembly and production engineering.  Oversees production scheduling, manpower planning and P&L responsibility.  Meets scheduled commitments at high quality standards and maximum profitability.  This position reports to the President.  Salary up to $100K plus bonus.

S229 - Ceramic Processing Manager, Southeast US

BS Ceramic, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or Material Science degree, MS or PhD preferred.  Candidate should have 6+ years experience in ceramic tape processing.  Position will be responsible for technical and personnel management of tape-casting operations (from slip prep through finished tape), multi-layer structure construction, lamination and sintering.  Position will develop robust, statistically controlled processes for fabrication of “green” ceramic tape and multi-layer structures.  Person will manage 2 engineers and 6 technicians which includes their annual reviews plus recommending hiring or terminating within the Wet Processing Group.  Salary up to $85K.

S230 - Product Sales/Marketing Manager, Northeast US

BS Technical degree with 5+ years sales experience with high-tech or RF components industry.  Experience in the telecommunications market a plus.  Responsibilities include product sales management, market share growth, product portfolio management, new product introduction and sales forecasting.  Salary up to $90K plus bonus.

S231 - Product Sales Manager, Southeast US

BS degree, Ceramics preferred with 5+ years sales experience in the technical ceramics area.  Candidate with an automotive account base is a plus.  Position will manage $5 million plus customer base and will be responsible for examining new market opportunities.  Person will manage independent sales representatives.  Approximately 30-50% travel.  Salary up to $75K plus bonus and car.

S232 - Sales Representative, West US

S233 - Sales Representative, Northeast US

Any BS degree and 3+ years experience selling passive electronic components.  Position will call on OEM and distributors for capacitors, resistors, inductors, etc.  Position will have minimal overnight travel.  Salary up to $70K plus a bonus and car.
